1. Digital Nature of Services

 

All our services—including property listings, featured ads, and promotional upgrades—are digital. As such, once a service is activated, it is non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined below.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You were charged more than once for the same service.

  • Your listing was not published due to a technical error on our end.

  • A purchased promotional service was not applied as described.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment and a description of the issue.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If your listing was rejected due to policy violations (e.g., false or misleading information).

  • If you change your mind after purchasing a paid service.

  • If your listing did not receive the response you expected.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, email us at info@luckykey.lk with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Listing ID or Order Number]”. Include the following:

  • Full name and contact details

  • Date and details of the payment

  • Reason for your refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
